Welcome Message for Commissioner Ndifuna Mathias

The Local Government Finance Commission warmly welcomes Mr. Ndifuna Mathius on his appointment as Commissioner. We are delighted to have him join the Commission’s leadership team and look forward to his invaluable contributions toward strengthening fiscal decentralization and enhancing service delivery across local governments in Uganda.
