Hon. Musumba is the Chairperson of the 7th Local Government Finance Commission. He is a highly accomplished Lawyer, Finance and Public administrator. He is a dedicated and hardworking public servant who has served his country for 38 years and is committed to continue serving and improving the lives of its citizens.

Mariam is the Vice Chairperson at the Local Government Finance Commission. She is a seasoned Legislator who represented Female Youths in Parliament from 2006-2011 and Butambala District woman MP 2011-2016.

Emma Boona is a member of the 7th Local Government Finance Commission (LGFC). She is a Makerere University trained teacher who served to a level of a headmistress. She holds a Masters Degree in Education, Planning and Management from Mbarara University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Lomonyang Joseph is a member of the 7th Local Government Finance Commission (LGFC). He has a Bachelors degree in Democracy and development studies of Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi, A diploma in gender and development from Nsamizi training institute of social development Mpigi, A certificate in administrative law from Law development Center (LDC) Kampala and A certificate in Conflict Negotiation and management from Makerere University Kampala
